Automated Mars VRML Atlas Description and Usage Notes

Please note that this VRML atlas is currently inoperational. It will soon be replaced with a terrain atlas which uses: Mars Orbiter Laser Altimeter (MOLA) data, rather than the terrain model data from the Viking observations. Java3D, rather than VRML (for performance enhancement).
